The Sr. Operations Support Engineer provides technical product support for the 24x7 8x8 Virtual Contact Center application. I am looking for a junior engineer with some experience in Microsoft Project. I am willing to train this individual. However, this individual must be a graduate from an accredited college, highly motivated, and a good communicator. This position is in the Concord/Walnut Creek Area. Depending on how much time you can commit, and how quickly you are able to make progress on the above project, you may also work on research and other projects in support of our investment banking business.
