According to the Imam Jaʿfar as-Sadiq (الإمام جعفر
الصادق، عليه السلام), PBUH, the Roots of Evil (أصول
الشر) and distorters of the Generous Temperament (مكارم
الأخلاق) are
the following three Major Sins (كبائر):
- Arrogance
- Envy
- Avarice
From these aforementioned Roots of Evil branches out dozens of other Major Sins.
These Greater Sins are the true Anti-Islam!
